AUTO JAROV, founded in 1993, is headquartered in its own multi-showroom retail complex on Osikova Street in Prague 3, Jarov. Additionally, on Rípská Street in Melník, you can visit AUTO JAROV's central Bohemian showroom. From its inception, AUTO JAROV has focused itself on the sale and service of all cars belonging to the Volkswagen Group; including VW, Audi, Skoda and Seat. Currently a holder of the ISO 9001 certificate of quality and ecological audit, AUTO JAROV continuously strives to widen and enhance the range and depth of its services. At present, more than 380 employees work for AUTO JAROV, which is the leading auto dealership not only in Prague, but throughout the entire Czech Republic.

New Car Sales

AUTO JAROV has all the latest models from VW, Audi, Skoda and Seat located in their own showrooms, comfortably under one roof. What's more, the largest Volkswagen showroom in the Czech Republic was opened at AUTO JAROV in September 2002. At the same time AUTO JAROV opened the exclusive presentation space for the luxurious Volkswagen Phaeton, for which AUTO JAROV is one of only two authorized dealers in the entire country. And for business customers with cargo needs, AUTO JAROV just opened its VW Van showroom in 2003. In the largest HONDA showroom in the Czech Republic AUTO JAROV sells a complete range of HONDA products - cars, motorcycles and power equipment. We offer customers not only the showroom, but the chance to get to know the unique qualities of any car on offer through a test drive and through professional consultation with our team of experts. Under the AUTO JAROV roof, you can also arrange financing with our industry partners including ŠkoFIN, OB Leasing a GE Capital Leasing. Also included in the financing portfolio are leasing options with zero interest or with the free bonuses of liability or accident insurance. Customers purchasing new cars can also take advantage of our trade-in program, providing them with the best deal possible. The trade-in program, which values, prepares and sells the customers’ used cars in the AUTO JAROV showroom, can also be combined with the leasing products, further benefiting the client. Upon the client’s request, AUTO JAROV can ensure the speedy registration and settling of insurance on behalf of the customer. AUTO JAROV is now able to implement all stated services directly at the legal residence or business address of the customer, and everything settled within one day.

Used Car Sales

AUTO JAROV offers customers one of the Czech Republic’s largest used-car showrooms. With comprehensive customer service in the pleasant 3,000sqm showroom, you can find like-new cars which, for example, were briefly part of the AUTO JAROV fleet or previously on a short term lease. Besides standard purchases of like-new cars, the customer can also take advantage of the leasing option, as well as the trade-in program.
In the outdoor sales area are more affordably priced cars, yet they still come with the guarantee of solid technical condition and origin.
And if a customer’s firm is going to completely change its fleet of cars, AUTO JAROV can provide an advantage with the clearance of the original cars, by arranging, from start to finish, their sale at auction—just one of the many ways AUTO JAROV delivers comprehensive solutions.

Services

While of course every new car sold at AUTO JAROV is fully guaranteed, long-term customer care and complete auto maintenance are essential parts of AUTO JAROV’s service tradition. The AUTO JAROV Service Department is now able to handle 200 requests daily.
The workshops for the individual brands are fit-out with top of the line equipment, such as cylindrical testing equipment Maha LPS 200 to measure engine output; brake, tire and wheel sets are measured and checked with systems from Heka; cylindrical measuring of brakes by Schenck; precise measurement of front and rear axle alignment by equipment from Bosch.
AUTO JAROV Service is authorized to assemble and install auto-tracking systems from Sherlog, as well as an entire range of safety systems, hands-free phone sets, car-stereo installation and more.
In 2001, new body and paint shops were opened an the AUTO JAROV complex in Prague, providing a wider range of highest-level services to AUTO JAROV’s customers. The complete service department also includes departments for tire and wheel, brakes, emission testing, and rapid service for Škoda cars. With all repairs and services comes a 24 month guarantee. And for customers who purchase cars at AUTO JAROV.

Non-Stop Roadside Assistance

While you are on the road, you can rely on AUTO JAROV’s Non-Stop Roadside Assistance program. 24-hours a day, AUTO JAROV has mechanics standing by, ready for the unexpected. The roadside assistance team is only a phone call away, bringing the customer complete service, anytime, anywhere. And throughout the time of a car’s repair, customers can choose from a wide range of rental cars, including all makes and models.
